A lot of you who have watched the movie Twilight without reading the books first would think that the movie is bad. You know what? I don’t blame you. I would too! I wouldn’t see what the hoo-ha is about the casts and the movie and all this McSparkly talk.
Well, the latest celeb who didn’t like the Twilight movie is The City’s Whitney Port. She just doesn’t see what the fuss is all about.
“I haven’t read the books, but I saw the movie,” she said. “I thought the movie was really bad. I love whatever his name is … Robert Pattinson. I think he’s so good-looking and handsome. I haven’t met him.”- Whitney Port.
Whitney honey, go and read the books first, and try commenting it again after you have finished it. You will see Twilight in a whole different light, trust me!
Yup, I haven’t been posting that much about Whitney Port’s show The City, and that’s because I find it boring. And fake.
I mean I watch it every week (patiently sitting in front of my computer and watching it online, even though it buffers every 1 minute! Crappy Internet line!), but the storyline is just not appealing to me.
Ooh the story about Jay’s ex is back, and miraculously she also has a mic on at the club when they ‘bumped’ into her! How convenient! And Jay clearly wants the viewers know that they went home together that night by mentioning it clearly (with subtitles, in case nobody hears what he said) to her. I mean.. the heck?
And another thing that is bugging me, is Whitney’s blah hair. Gurl, PLEASE get a new haircut or something! You looked so much better in The Hills than in your own show!
Here is the band Tamarama, which is Whitney Port’s boyfriend, Jay Lyon (of The City) and his bandmate Nicolas “Pottsy” Potts with their first video music called “Everything To Me“.
This music video features Jay’s ex-girlfriend Miranda Kerr.. you know.. the one who’s currently dating Orlando Bloom right now!
The band’s debut EP, Wonderland City, has a relaxed, beachy sound, and is categorised as “American west coast folk-rock.”
What do you guys think? Like it.. or not?
For more info on the band or the music video, you can visit the band’s official website at TamaramaMusic.com.
Hooray for Whitney, as her show, The City had just been given the green light to go into second season!
I personally want to see more of Olivia in the next season! And how b*tchy was she in this week’s episode to snub Whitney like that, y’all?? I agree that Whit shouldn’t talk about other people’s problems in details like that, but dayum, could Olivia be anymore rude? Sheesh.. And poor Allie, getting lied to in the face by Adam.. sheesh.. again!
Click here to watch the Episode 6 of The City! Are you on team Adam or Team Allie? And was Whitney wrong to be in the middle of it and confronting it like that with Jay?
