51st Grammy Awards, My Take
The 51st Grammy Awards is almost here! So who will you predict will win big this year?
For fun, here is my take on who I personally want to win the top categories. Let’s see if your guess is as good as mine!
- Album of The Year: Lil Wayne - ‘Tha Carter III’
- Record of the Year: Leona Lewis - ‘Bleeding Love’
- Song of the Year: Swaray and Kanye West, songwriters (Estelle featuring Kanye West) - ‘American Boy’
- Best New Artist: Duffy
- Best Pop Vocal Album: Duffy - ‘Rockferry’
- Best Rap Album: Lil Wayne - ‘Tha Carter III’
- Best Rock Album: Coldplay - ‘Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends’
Many predicted that Lil Wayne will win big this time around, so we’ll just have to tune in and see! To those of you in Malaysia, you can catch the Grammies live on StarWorld at 9am, Monday morning, repeat at 9pm Monday night!

I could agree with most of the picks except Leona Lewis. I just don’t think she has a voice worthy of any awards. But then again the grammy’s are usually a popularity contest. I’m looking forward to the show though.
